Cà Phê Lá Lốt
(cà phê = viet.: coffee) is an asian morning and lunch bar. This daytime café embodies a thoughtful approach to food, offering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. Drinks include Vietnamese coffee, alongside tea and natural wines. The lunch menu, which changes weekly, is rooted in a philosophy of simplicity, combining Southeast Asian flavors with Nordic minimalism.
Behind this concept are Viola Waldeck and Lukas Stein, known for their international food events under the synonym “Château Tingeling.” Their fine dining expertise and deep respect for Vietnamese cuisine bring a unique blend of tropical flavors and culinary craftsmanship to Vienna.

In 2019, we, Viola & Lukas, started “Château Tingeling,” a culinary platform that enables us to blend our interests in contemporary design, gastronomy, and culture. The project is centered around Asian cuisine, with a focus on Vietnamese food. As partners in kitchen and life, we combine our expertise and passion for cooking. Now, we can’t wait to open “Cà Phê Lá Lốt,” a breakfast, lunch, and aperitif café in the heart of Vienna. We are looking forward to welcoming you there soon!
